Automatically Create Usernote on EMAIL Change

This hack is very similar to my 'Automatically Create Usernote on Username Change (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=153732)' hack.
This one creates a usernote in the user's profile when they, or you, edit the user's email address.

Id love to see this work for a profile field - we have profile fields setup for name and address something like this would work wonders so when a member changes an address the usernote was created so admins can keep track of the address changes....
