phplib (sessions + auth) code into vbulletin...

hi, i'm working on combining phpnuke with vbulletin, and till now i did it this way: i used the sessions code from vbulletin in phpnuke, but now i don't like this way that much anymore...
i now also want to use the phpshop code for a shopping part of the site, and as those people also use the phplib code for their sessions management and such, i decided to make the switch..;
but off course, if i could get some information or even some code from some other people, i would be very thankful...
that would mean that i only would have to put my time in customizing phpnuke anymore: still will be one hell of a job i think..
so, if anyone has some more information about what i should do, or even has done it, and eventually can share some code, i would be very thankful!

really no one who can help??

i pm'ed one person who made a post where in he said that he had changed vbulletin to work with phplib, but that person does not respond, and his settings are so that he cannot emailed from here..;
can i contact the webmaster here and ask for his email address, because i really want to get in touch with that guy, or is this just lost time and effort for me, as i never will get that guy's email address???? any thoughts?
