Not letting me upload avatars.

When i try to upload avatars i get the following error message...

Imageinfo Failed:
sh: /identify: No such file or directory

Could anyone help me please?

I don't know what could be causing the problem, but have you tried just creating a directory called "identify"? (I presume in the forum root directory)

Yeah iv tried that and it didnt work

Make sure you've set to use GD and not ImageMagick in your vBulletin Settings.

done that, now it says

There was an error encountered with your upload:

This is not a valid image file.

its a .bmp

bmp's may or may not be supported. Does it work when you try a different file?

No files work it seems,Its not working on other sites aswell using .8
