i have vb and i want use persian language

please help me!!
i have vb and i want use persian language (like arabic)
now i want change all of vb style dirction.(for left to right language users)
is there any hack for this action?
or in end
what can i do?
please expleain step by step ,

ACP -> Languages & Phrases -> Language Manager -> [Edit Settings] -> Text Direction
