Zoints Thread Tags Problem

[Mean]

I accidently disable the Zoints Thread Tags.
When i enable this again, the thread Url's have been changed like this:

/motorlu-araclar/5299-dunyanin-en-gelismis-arabasi.html

/motorlu-araclar/5299-duenyanyn-en-gelithmith-arabasy.html

These words were

ş > s
ı > i
ö > o

Should be like this. When i use ş,ü,ö.... in thread titlesi it still doing that.
How can i fix this ??

Hi Mean,

Did you have a set of replacement characters? If so, please login to your vBulletin Admin CP, find Zoints Thread Tag Options in your vB Options and add the set back in to see if that corrects your problem.

They already set like this

Ğ=g
Ü=u
Ş=s
İ=i
Ö=o
Ç=c
ğ=g
ü=u
ş=s
ı=i
ö=o
ç=c
Ğ=g
Ş=s
İ=i

ş=s
ı=i

It still do that and i cannot edit because when i attempt to save settings, the admin login form appears again and says:

To continue this action, login using the admin account that intiated the action

What should i do ??

Yes, I would suggest opening a ticket with the vBulletin support staff. If it's a problem with Zoints (I've personally never seen that error message, but it could be one), then please open a ticket with us and our engineers at network.zoints.com
