I'm guessing I still need Adv. Editing Options for Mods and Admins by Psionic Vision to use this mod, correct, since its an extension off of it?

Yes. If you have any questions about how to make the original work on vBulletin 3.6.4 and above, let me know.

What is your issue?the author of that mod said it does not work in anything greater than 3.6.4 and I am just curious as to how you got it running. I am not going to install it in a 3.6.8 forum i f the author has said it does not work unless I know that it can be fixed, and how ;)

Well, I have no idea why the author said that in the first place. It works fine on 3.6.4 and higher. I have it installed on my board, and never had any problems. I think some people have had issues with attachments not being connected to a new post, but editing posts works fine. I, however, consider this to be a very minor bug if it even exists (and it has never happened on my install).
The only real issue I can see people having and saying "it does not work on 3.6.4 or higher" is that the templates were updated in 3.6.4, so the find/replace text in the readme does not work. As a result, the admin options form never appears when editing or posting. Since the form doesn't appear, an admin/mod will always get an error message saying that required fields are empty.
But if you have any familiarity with vBulletin's templates, you should be able to figure this out on your own. If not, I will send you the correct find/replace codes.
