Moving Categories

I'd like to be able to move the Categories to the top of the arcade pages, just below the Announcement. I'd also like the change the name "Game Information" to something else. Is that possible with some edits?

Ah, thank you. Took a little finagling but I finally managed to move it without getting a fatal error. :D
