problem with product templates

I installed this hack (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=147346&highlight=shoutbox) a few time ago, then uninstalled it, but editing the styles now I see that I still have some templates of that mod -.-

how can I remove them?

Select it in the Styles and Templates Manager and click "revert".
