Well, whatever that usergroup is by default, it is causing problems with the usergroup I changed it to. I changed that usergroup to Senior Admins and whenever I add anyone to that group, it puts that user under moderation and then I have to accept or whatever, at which point, when I do, it then moves them to the registered usergroup. So I am guessing that the usergroup 4 is that COPPA thing by default.

My question to you is..

Is there a way I can turn that off? So COPPA has nothing to do with that usergroup?

Thanx in advance..

You could always install a default copy of vBulletin and see what the defaults are or create a demo @ vBulletin.com to check agasint the default database.
