How do I set up rss feed

Hi I have a question for you guys from what I understand it's fairly simple. If you go to this site http://www.alaron.com and click on---tools and research---trade reports----beast report right above where it says add google is an orange box. It's an rss feed I need to hook that up to my vbulletin. I was wondering if anyone could just send some directions on how to do it.
