When I had the vbulletin support staff look at my site to deal with the problem I was having earlier regarding my admincp, they noticed that my site had a banner. They requested that I either pay the removal branding fee or add this message to my footer:

It has to be visible. If I don't, they'll remove my license :(
How can I add this to my footer and have it be visible?
