Catergory Titles

Which template will I find the catergory titles in? And where abouts in the template?

By this I mean the bars that seperate each catergory and contain the title.

For the cateogry titles on forum home look in template: forumhome_forumbit_level1_nopost and for the variable: $forum[title]
