My forums Date and Time is off?

I have it set to GMT -6 Central Time (US & Canada) Mexico City yet it's not displaying the correct time.

This is what it currently says on my board:
All times are GMT -6. The time now is 09:34 PM


When it should say 10:34 PM


I tried daylight savings on then off to see if it changes it but it does nothing. I'm trying to get the time to reflect Dallas, TX.

i had this problem to once awhile back, as DiesellMinded says it just the server, sometimes it can put you posts out of whack lol, very annoying.
