Is there a mod that enables Captions with Image attachments?

I'd really like a modification that allows users to upload images AND captions.
My forums users upload many pictures to describe 'how to' do something. Captions would make it easier to follow.

any pointers?

You could always add the attachment inline and write something underneath that.
