members that have visited today problem

i had it installed ok befor but had a problem with somthing else and had to uninstall but didnt know what i had to remove from server so i removed nothing then i installed again but it keeps freezing forum every time i install i have tryed everything i can that i know but nothing is working and i get a message saying a script on this page is causing IE to not run properly.

any help please.
