Just a question, how can i make a link sow that people can jump to the next comment

You're saying two things here. Do you want the NEXT post, or here like vB.org where it jumps to the second post?

if you want to jump to a section within the same page you will need to create an anchor and then link to it

Yes, like here on vb.org.. when you have large posts then this is very nice to have..
