Restrict view attachments

Is there any modification for restrict view attachment for users who has posts under 5 or something like that ?

You can simply use the built-in user promotion system.

Change the permission so that "Registered Users" can't see attachments. Create a new usergroup based on Registered Users but let it view attachments. Create a promotion to promote people with five posts to the new usergroup.

Thank you , I have done this after that my Attachment Thumbnails not showing for the new group members even if he has more than 5 posts , how can i correct this ? Administrator can see the Thumbnails not the upgraded user group.
