Attaachment problem

When someone tries to post (any usergroup) instead of the thumbnail, they get this message instead (see attachment). And then when you click on the link you just get a blank page with the image url.

Anyone else ever have this problem with attachments?

Have you installed any hacks that may interfere with the attachments system?

I think we figured it out. The server had reached reached 100% disk usage on the /home/ partition where backups were stored and for some reason it affected attachments.
