Merging two vBulletin Forums ?? confused...

I have two vbulletin powered forums on the same hosting account of the same server. I would like to merge these two forums together. I have already changed the category and forum names for the source forum so they both pretty much match where they're supposed to. Now I need you to merge the two forums together into one. How should I go about doing this? Impex is giving me errors when importing usergroups, and gets me stuck there.

If you have problems with ImpE, then please post at vb.com in the ImpEx forum. Make sure you post all relevant details including the full error message.
