i have a problem at most user count at forum home. please help me

Go to PhpMyAdmin and clear out (NOT DELETE) the "sessions" table. This should fix it

You can also rebuild this in the admincp, using the maintenance->update counters.

I suggest you remove the hack and go to vBulletin.com and ask them to help you resolve this.
