Yes, but his question doesn't relate to vBulletin Pre-Sales.

I was stating that if he wishes to post in other forum catagory, he'll need to activate his account.

I meant to say vbulletin.com instead of .org :)

It is a pre-sales question and you will find (like i already had replied) that the hosting recommendations forum at vbulletin.com is open to unlicensed members for that reason.
