Video script???

Hi everyone I'm looking to create a site similiar/like www.glumbert.com where videos can be showcased that I find on the web, etc...

I wonder if there is any php script that can do this and if their is please let me know.

Also is www.glumbert.com using a commercial script or is that site totally custom???
