Maybe I missed it but I did not see a hack to do a member rating system somewhat like ebay's where members can not only pick positive, neutral, and negative but can leave comments as well. Also would have to be able to be controlled via admincp.

Search for "iTrader", it's for an older version of vBulletin, but depending on your skills you could modify it to work with the latest version. (Or try asking the coder to release a version for 3.6.x)
