Support Ticket System

Hello,
Can anyone design a support ticket system for version 3.6.7? This is for if anyone on my site or elsewhere would have a problem with a server or database, etc, they can fill out a support ticket and submit it through my site. IF there already is a system, let me know. I may have overlooked it. Any help would be appreciated.

there is a free project tools hack here at the org. and a pro version of that hack for 10$

That a project, not a "Support Ticket System."

Although I manage to change that to "Support Ticket System."

There is always this hack https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=94023&highlight=vbsupport although originally for 3.5 this does work somewhat in 3.6 it all depends on your needs. What doesnt work 3.6 with this mod is attachments and guest access to the support system.

I have requested permission from the original author to port that mod over to 3.6 to get it fully functional but I have not received a reply as of yet.
