How can edit PSD,s Files ?
I wanna change logo title by editing PSD File so , Can any help please ?

.psd means: photoshop document...

so basically you need Photoshop OR a image processor with Photoshop capabilities.

OMG ,, i havnt any photoshop..... and its very costly,
Its mean i cant edit ..

There are several free alternatives to Photoshop: GIMP is very popular among people who can't afford or simply don't want to buy Photoshop, and I believe you can open PSDs in it.

Another program you could use is Gimpshop (Read overview) (http://gimpshop.blogspot.com/2005/10/what-is-gimpshop.html) and you can download it here. (http://gimpshop.blogspot.com/)

Gimpshop has derived from thegimp but modified to look and feel like photoshop. You may find it beneficial to your needs.
