how to show infractions

hello guys.
my question is that when i give an infraction, it just shows a red card next to the edit buttons.
i ve seen on some forums they show as this;

how do i do this? is this a special mod?

That is probably a warning system, not the stock infractions system. It may be AWS (Advaned Warning System).
