can someone point me in the right direction on how to change the top NavBar? I've looked in the manual and all around these forums but can't seem to find where to go to edit the top navbar selections.
Thanks,

By default, there is only one navbar, on the bottom.
You probably just need to edit the navbar template.

No I'm talking about the bar on top, like this page for example where it has the choices of: UserCP, Help, Chat, Members List, NewPost, Quick Links, and Log Out
Does anyone know which template to go into and change these settings

That is the navbar. It is located in the navbar template.
