Does my site seem slow to you?

I think my forum (http://www.nlpconnections.com) is running slower than even some of the very big boards, but I may be being paranoid. Does it seem slow to you? Any kind soul want to tell me things I can do to speed things up?

Seems to be running at a normal speed for a vBulletin forum. No real problem here with your forum.
