User Reputations

I need someone to help me on user reputation.

Sometimes my members try to give a reputation to a post then it says.."you need to spread some reputation around before giving it to someone again".assuming they have given all members(posting currently) some reputation, and the other members are inactive.....what happens? I mean do they have to give all the forum members a reputation before giving a person/persons a 2nd reputation...?

It should be defined in your vbulletin settings. Check 'em all.

actually, the system works with the balance... if you want to give reputations, you have to gain reputations ... if you are the only one to give reps, and nobody give any to you, you will someway loose all the possibilities to give points when there is no more in your bank...

you can set the balance in Admincp >> vBulletin Options >> User Reputation Options
