How to edit Header and Footer?

I think I'm blind! For the life of me I can't find where to edit the global header / footer that exists on every page. Can anyone help me out and point me in the right direction?

Go to: Admincp > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Edit Templates > and locate the "header" and "footer" templates
