H.D.I. change borders around this navigation

i want to change the border around this area of navigation...but Im not sure where to change that...screen shots so you can see what im talking about..the borders are black and with my new background i added it makes the navigation look like its floating ..i want to change the color of those borders..the navigation Im talking about is the white text ..
User CP FAQ Members List Calendar New Posts Serach ...and so on..down to Donate...

Search in source for the class used, then edit CSS ~> edit that class ~>
border: 1px solid #colour;
