Stage6 videos web

I want to do a list of movies hosted in Stage6 that speaks my language.

That i need is to my user can add a movie (title, category, synopsis, etc), rate others users movies, comment it, report as broken, etc...

I think that a mod that can do all of this dont exist, my question is:

¿Can i customize a mod to do that? ¿What mod do you suggest?

But that i need is a system to do a database of movies hosted in stage6 that are in my language.

Im thinking in use the 'Recipe Mod Database (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=142871)' or the 'Radio Stations Add-On (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=152037)' and change it to my needs.

Someone knows another system to do that better?
