I'm interested in this mod, but don't want it to be about mods but about what my forum is about. What mod is this?

It's just moving the one from the bottom of the forum list to the top. Look in your FORUMDISPLAY template.

Then how do I add other categories? Instead of All Prefixes i want to enter other stuff.
