I am looking to put together an advanced hack of vBulletin, vBadvanced and Zoints that integrates with a real time data feed and am wondering what's the best way to do this.
I cannot write code myself and am willing to pay for very professional work. Are there any development shops that specialize in vBulletin hacks? I've found Xeonext but can't tell how reliable they are.
Any help or insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

There is really no good way for someone to tell you the best way to do something without more details, but once you become a licensed vB customer, you will be able to post in the Requests For Paid Services forum to see if there is a freelancer out there that can help you with whatever modifications you would like to have done.

Thanks, I may do that.
However, I'm specifically looking to find any professional development shops that may work specifically with vBulletin.

I'm not aware of any, though I haven't specifically looked for one.

as there is no possibility for us coders to advertise or be supported in our job by the company here, it is impossible to list any coder that would be able to do the job you require... this will be random...

calorie already mention about that.
Currently, there is no shop (depending what kind of shop you're looking for) available.
