How to show more than 5 Newest Champions in arcade main page?

I've seen it on other boards and can't seem to find it from arcade settings, so I guess I have to edit arcade.php?

This seems to be a feature in the ibproarcade 3.3 for invision. It would be a great feature for your ibparcade too Mr.Zeropage! ;)


Anyway is there a way to change this from arcade.php for now?

the v3.3.0 is from InvisionBoard-branch and has nothing to do with the vBulletin-branch, sorry. Complete different development, v2.5.2 was the common base and after this it split up.

It is possible to extend this "newest champions", but it is late now and I don't have my USB-stick here by now (already placed it downstairs along the mobile and the car-key), so no access to the ibPro-Development now :p

Just one question: Will I have to edit arcade.php myself (won't be a problem) or is it easy to implement and maybe put to 2.6.2+ final version as a new feature? ;)

You need to edit the arcade.php file...

Look for :$newtext

Under the first $newtext is the data base query

$DB->query("SELECT c.*, g.gcat, cat.password FROM ibf_games_champs AS c, ibf_games_list AS g, ibf_games_cats AS cat WHERE c.champ_gid=g.gid AND g.gcat=cat.c_id AND trim(password)='' ORDER BY champ_date DESC LIMIT 0,5");

Change the 0,5 to what you want...
If you want 9,,then just put 0,9.....

What is there such a division between the Invision Board and the VB one? What other goodies does the Invision version have that VB doesn't? Curious ..
