I am trying to revise my style for one of my forums.

What I need, is I need any feedback as far as design aesthetics go. I am trying to improve the look as much as I can, and I want to make sure my changes are acceptable to the general public.
Also, some of the coding is a little bad (it was a 15 minute quicky) so if you see something wrong while viewing (IE <5, Safari 1.5<, and the like), I am aware. :)
