Should I make my games V32 or V33?

I am making my own flash games to use on my ibproarcade. I have been making them the V32 way but I just noticed a bunch of posts here about V33 games. Are they more secure? Anywhere I can find out more about them + how to make them?

I prefer v33, don't know if they're any safer than v32.
