language modification quesiton

how would I be able to put language choice in this area as shown in the picture?

how would i accomplish what i said in my first post using this mod down below?
the mod is placed in a different location as you see from the link. but i want to place it wgere i showed it in my picture. thanks for help

i tried, but it doesnt show any flags.

ok i got it working.
but it only shows english flag. i also wanted to add turkish and Hungarian flags also. how do i do that?
