UserCP Problem

[Invalid ID]

I am using Zoints Profile Options.

I just noticed clicking UserCP gives the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function fetch_coventry() in /home2/apni/public_html/forum/usercp.php(500) : eval()'d code on line 47

How can I fix this?
