How do I edit forum rules?

Hey y'all, so how do I edit the forum rules that are seen during new user registration?

Ahh, the fun that is being a newbie.

Found it on like the 6th page in a search...disregard.

Just run a 4 or 5 word phrase search (copied from your actual registration page), and search under: Languages and Phrases>Search in Phrases, and you should see it come up.
