So, I'm trying to upload a modification and I'm told I cannot because I've exceeded my total attachment quota.

This is new to me. So now I'm limited to how many modifications I can post??

No, we don't limit the amount of modification one can release. I just checked the AdminCP, and there is no quota set for attachments...

It's an inheritance bug in vb permissions - you are a member of a secondary group that still had a default quota set, this doesn't get overridden by the primary groups unlimited setting. I have removed the offending limit on the secondary group.
