Specific place I need adsense in, please help

Thats the navbar template... edit that and insert your adsense code where you feel is appropriate.

That said - you may want to ensure that placement is not against the adsense tos.

It'd be after the "breadcrumb" bits.

Thanks I have been looking and looking and testing, but I can't find the right spot to put it, it usually appears above or below that space, not where I want it to :(

Anybody know the exact location please?

You need to add this after where it has the navbits (look for the image names) and make sure it's before the <td> after the navbit.
