I have tried to find where I can increase the limit for attachments for users in our forum, but I cannot find where I can set the size limit for total attachments.

For instance, when a user goes to attach something to a post, there's a dialog that comes up and tells them "sum of total attachments".

I have set the limit for all attachments to 0 under UserCP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Attachment Options but I'm still getting a user reporting that they are at the limit.

Is there somewhere else where I need to change this setting for each user?

Currently I have a user telling me that they are at the limit. I cannot have this as we need to get the bug reporting information from them.

Apparently, somewhere it's set to have a limit of 977KB.

Any help would be appreciated.

Edit the Usergroup and change it there. If you need to give only certain users additional space, create a secondary usergroup with the higher space allotment and add them to it.

Thanks! That did it!
