If you wish to make it 100% width and regular size message

Go to ACP>Styles & Templates>Style Manager>"Cherry">All Style Option>

Look for

Main Table Width (pixels or percentage)
(This is the width of the table that contains all your vBulletin content)

Change that from 789 to 100%

Find

Message Area Width (pixels)
(This value allows you to specify the width in pixels of the text box used for all message posting in vBulletin)

Click on "Revert"
