User manager - style question

In User Manager for one of my members i have set a style to use (not the default). When they log in they still see the default style, not the one i've set for them. What is wrong here?

Make sure cookies are enable for them.

Try having the member clear their cookies, internet cache, and restart their computer. If they have a DSL/Broadband modem it has a cache as well so they will need to unplug it for a few mins.

Also check the style to make sure it's availible to the public to view (is checked as public).

They see it for every thing, except if they hit New Posts, then they see the default style, instead of the style given to them. Will clearing cookies still help this, or is it something more?

Do what Rom provided. Also, make sure that there cookies are enable.
