I have seen this on a couple forums lately and of course want it for my own :)

It's some sort of stat tracker, that has those stock market arrow icons indicating the change in usage of a forum.


I tried doing some searching here, but nothing turned up so sorry if it's here and I just couldn't find it.

So can anyone tell me what this is and where to find it?
