Has anyone created a good banned ip list?

I just wanted to know if there was a good IP list for banning. That coupled with some hacks should cut down on spammers.

The first thing you do is get the MOD that bans the -12 Time Zone. It's in the MODS forums, but I don't have the link right now. That will cut down on at least 90% of it!
