Promotion..

i dont know if this is a mod or something, but what i want is
i want a new member to post 5 times to get promoted to another user group so they can view certain forums. I have no idea how to do this, any suggestions..?
sorry if i'm wrong or something its because i am a newbie with vbulletin. I usually use ipb..

Go to vB ACP -> Usergroups -> Promotions to set up a promotion. Click the question mark icons for more information.

does it take time for it to proceed? as i just did 5 posts yet i dont see the forum...

i';ve noticed the script works once an hour.is there any automatic script which enables it instantly? as my members need instant activation?
