Only allowing admins to use HTML

Hello,

Is there a way to only allow admins to use HTML code in a certain forum? We're trying to embed a video from stage6 and the vb media player doesn't support divx, so that won't work, but the emdbed code does work, but we don't want regular users to be able to use HTML.

I searched and couldn't find anything, I need to find a way to only allow admins use HTML code so they can embed these in their posts:

There's only an option for HTML in signatures.
