need mod to ban users

Hi all

I am in need of a mod that will ban users username and ip address. did look at vbulletini to see if i could do this though may of over looked

It is under Users> section in adminCP
For IP ban go to AdminCP>vBulletin Options>User Banning and put the IP in there
